(1) All political parties and movements established pursuant to Act No. 15/1990 Coll. on political parties and movements or regarded as such by the same Act are political parties and movements pursuant to this Act.
(2) Every political party and movement indicated in Section 1 shall modify its statute within 6 months after the effective date of this act of law in compliance with Article 6, Section 2, Subsection b) and Article 6, Sections 3 and 4 and present the amended version to the Ministry within 10 days. Should any political party or movement fail to do so within the said time limit, the Ministry shall initiate proceedings leading to its dissolution [Article 13, Section 1, Subsection b)] or to suspension of its activities (Article 14).
