With regard to the accomplishment of their objectives, the parties may propose to:
a) Contribute to the exercising of the political rights of citizens and to the determination of national politics, namely through participation in elections or through other democratic means;
b) Define programmes of government and administration;
c) Participate in the activities of the bodies of the state and local authorities;
d) Criticize the acts of government and public administration;
e) Promote civic education and the enlightenment and political instruction of citizens;
f) Study and debate the problems of national and international life and take a position thereon;
g) Contribute in general to the development of political institutions.
