The internal organization of each party must satisfy the following conditions:
a) Admission may not be denied, nor exclusion made, on the grounds of race or gender;
b) The statutes and programs shall be approved by all members or by an assembly representing all members;
c) The members of the party's governing bodies shall be elected by all members or by an assembly representing all members.
