1. Political parties must publicly pursue their aims. 2. The following activities of parties shall be public knowledge: a) The statutes and programmes; b) The identities of the leaders; c) The source and use of funds; d) The general activities of the party at local, national and international levels. 3. The party will communicate to the Supreme Court of Justice, for notation purposes only, the names of the members of its governing bodies, after the holding of the respective electoral actions, and will lodge the programme in the same Court, once it has been established or modified by the relevant party proceedings. 4. The programme must contain at least a summary indication of the political and administrative actions to be undertaken in the event that elected members of the party come to participate in the governing bodies of the State.
