1. The body that is statutorily competent to deliberate on the dissolution of the party may likewise deliberate, respecting identical requirements for the form, on the party's merger with others, or its demerger.
2. Mergers and demergers, as referred to in the previous paragraph, are regulated by the statutes, whereas, where these are lacking, the rules governing business corporations in this respect, mutatis mutandis, shall apply.
