1. Party coalitions and fronts shall be permitted, provided that there is:
a) Approval by the relevant representative bodies of the parties;
b) Precise indication of the specific scope and aim of the coalition or front;
c) Communication in writing, for notation purposes only, to the Supreme Court of Justice.
2. Coalitions and electoral fronts shall be governed by the provisions of Electoral Law.
3. Coalitions and fronts, as envisioned in Paragraph 1, do not constitute individuality which is distinct from the parties.
