27 Supervision of the implementation of the provisions of this Act, which defines any violation of such provisions under this Act as an offense, shall be conducted by the Internal Affairs Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia, except for the implementation of the provisions in Articles 18, 21, 22, 24 and 25 of this Act which shall be supervised by the Ministry of Finance. |
