(1) Parties and movements are voluntary associations and are subject to registration pursuant to this Act.
(2) Parties and movements may not be simultaneously registered as civil associations.
(3) The member of a party or movement, with the right to vote and be elected to the bodies of a party or movement can only be a citizen of the Czech Republic (hereinafter a "citizen") who has attained 18 years of age.
(4) This Act in no way affects the provisions of special acts dealing with the incompatibility between being a member or an official of a party or movement and performing other activities or holding another office.
