3

(1) Parties and movements are legal entities.
State authorities may only intervene in their status
and activities pursuant to and within the limits of the
law.
(2) No one can be forced to become a member of a party or movement. Anyone can freely quit a party or movement.
(3) No one can be restricted in his/her right to membership to a party or movement, for participating in or supporting its activities, or for remaining uninvolved.
