(1) The activities of a party or movement may be suspended by a court decision if it contravenes §1 through 5 or the statutes.
(2) If the activities of a party or movement are suspended, it may only act in matters aimed at removing the status that is the cause of the court decision to suspend its activities, but not longer than for one year.
