A decision on the dissolution of a party or movement [§13, section 1, letter b)] and on the suspension of activities of a party or movement (§ 14) shall be made by the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic. The motion shall be filed by the President of the Czech Republic or the Government of the Czech Republic or the General Prosecutor of the Czech Republic (amended by Act. No. 68 of January 27, 1993).
