(1) All parties and movements established pursuant to Act No. 15/1990 Coll. on political parties or regarded as such by this Act, are parties and movements pursuant to this Act.
(2) The parties and movements mentioned in section 1 shall modify their statutes within 6 months after the effective day of this Act in compliance with §6, section 2 letter b), §6, sections 3-4 and shall submit them to the competent Ministry according to the seat of the party or movement, within additional 10 days. If they fail to do so within the specified period, the Ministry will file a motion to dissolve such party or movement [§13, section 1, letter b)] and eventually to suspend the activities of such party or movement [§14].
