(1) Any citizen of the Slovak Republic with a permanent residence on the territory of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter a "citizen") who has attained 18 years of age as of the election day and has full legal capacity has the right to vote and be elected to the bodies of any party.
(2) A member of the preparatory committee of the party (hereinafter the "preparatory committee"), a statutory body of the party or a member of the party's statutory body may become a citizen, who has attained 18 years of age and has
full legal capacity.
