(1) Until the election of the statutory body, the authorized representative registered in the Register of Parties shall act in the name of the party. The authorized representative may not, in the name of the party, execute legal acts, which according to this Act or special regulations6 may only be carried out by a statutory body or members of the statutory body. (2) The statutory body shall be elected no later than three months after the creation of the party. For this purpose, the authorized representative shall convene the founding supreme body of the party pursuant to the registered articles. (3) The party is obliged to submit an application for the registration of the statutory body or members of the statutory body, no later than four months after its creation. The application shall be accompanied by a resolution of the founding supreme body of the party, competent according to the registered articles, and signed by the elected statutory body or by all of the elected members of the statutory body. (4) If the application and the enclosed document are in compliance with this Act, the Ministry shall notify the statutory body in writing of its registration in the Register of Parties. No decision shall be issued; it will only be marked in the file. (5) If the party fails to submit an application to the Ministry for the registration of the statutory body or the members of the statutory body in the Register of Parties and does not submit a document to the Ministry pursuant to section 3, the Ministry shall register this party in the Register of Parties with the addendum "in liquidation" and the party will only be allowed to perform competencies related to its winding up. The authorized representative shall be obliged to appoint a liquidator and announce his/her first name, surname, birth number and permanent residence to the Ministry without delay. If the authorized representative fails to notify the Ministry of the liquidator within five months from the creation of a party, the Ministry shall register the authorized representative as the liquidator.
