Title Article 19 Judicial protection
Article

19

(1) If the member of a party considers the decision taken by the party body as unlawful or in contradiction with the articles, it may apply to the regional court for a review of the decision within 30 days from its adoption.
(2) A valid decision pursuant to section 1 shall be sent by the regional court to the Ministry.
(3) A proposal by a member of a party pursuant to section 1 delivered to the Ministry has no legal effects; it shall only be filed in the Collection of Deeds.
