Prohibited are the parties and movements
a) breaching the constitution and acts of law or aiming to remove the democratic foundations of the state;
b) not having democratic articles or democratically elected bodies;
c) aiming to seize and retain power in a way that prevents other parties and movements from competing for power by constitutional means or that attempts to restrict the equality of citizens; and
d) conducting programmes or activities that endanger the morality, the public order or the rights and freedom of citizens.
e) whose programme is directed against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Slovak Republic.
