A political party (hereinafter referred to as: "Party") is an association of citizens pursuing their political goals adopted in the Party agenda, through democratic implementation of the citizens' political will and through proposition of candidates at elections for members of the National Assembly, presidential elections, and elections for functions in the local community bodies.
