The name of the Party must be written in Slovenian, and the short name and acronym and party logo must be materially and unambiguously distinguishable from the name, short name, acronym and logo of any existing party, and may not be made in such a way as to mislead or potentially mislead citizens.
The Party may only have one name, one short name, one acronym and one logo.
In legal transactions a Party may only use its registered name, short name, acronym and logo.
The Party's registered name, short name, acronym and logo must not be identical or similar to the names of state institutions, country regions and their symbols or acronyms they use.
A Party name must not contain any foreign country name or any name of a foreign legal entity or natural person.
In elections campaigns and candidacy procedures, a Party may only use its registered name, short name, acronym and logo.
