Part II - Establishment and registration of a party

The registrar shall issue a decision on registration of the Party.
The Party shall become a legal entity on the day of entry in the registry.
The Party shall begin to operate pursuant to the provisions of this Act and other regulations as of the date of its registration.
The registrar shall promulgate the decision on the registration of the Party in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia. The cost of promulgation of the decision shall be borne by the Party.
