Any changes in the Party's name, short name, acronym and logo, and any changes in the Party's date of amendment of the by-laws, agenda or registered office, must be reported to the registrar by the Party's executive body within 15 days, and amendment of the registration details must be requested.
The registrar shall issue a decision on the entry of an amendment to the data referred to in the preceding paragraph. The decision shall be promulgated in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia. The cost of promulgation of the decision shall be borne by the Party.
