Any party that believes that the name, short name, acronym and logo of another party are not significantly and unambiguously different from its own previously registered name, short name, acronym and logo or that are misleading or might be misleading to citizens, may file suit against any decision on registration of another party, and demand deregistration of the offending party.
State institutions and regions within the country may file suit against any decision on party registration and demand deregistration of such party if they believe that the name, short name, acronym and logo of a party are identical or resemble any names, symbols and acronyms that they use.
The statute of limitations for filing suit referred to in preceding paragraphs shall be 30 days from promulgation of the decision on registration of the Party in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia.
