The Party has by-laws and an agenda. The Party's by-laws must specify:
1. the Party's name, short name, acronym, logo and registered office;
2. the Party's internal or territorial organizational structure;
3. the rights and obligations of Party members;
4. the procedure and body which determines candidates for National Assembly elections and presidential elections, and candidates for local elections;
5. the method for ensuring equal opportunities for both genders in determining the candidates for elections referred to in Item 4 of this Article;
6. the dissolution procedure and the Party merging/separation procedure;
7. the procedure and Party body governing property-law relations within the Party in the event of the Party's deregistration or in the event of the Party's merging/separation;
8. responsibility for the party's substantive and financial operations;
9. the term of office for the Party's bodies;
10. procedure for adoption and amendment of the Party by-laws or agenda.
