The Party is funded through: 1. membership fees; 2. contributions from legal entities and natural persons; 3. revenues from assets; 4. donations; 5. bequests; 6. the budget; 7. income from the profits of any business it may own. The business referred to in subsection 7 of the preceding paragraph may only be involved in cultural or publishing activities. Annual Party income attributable to subsections 3 and 7 of the first paragraph of this Article may not exceed 20% of the total Party income. The surplus of Party income attributable to subsections 3 and 7 of the first paragraph of this Article must be donated to charity within 30 days of approval of the Party's financial report for the preceding year, and the National Assembly must be informed of such donation. The notification shall be published in the National Assembly's newsletter. The youth organization referred to in the third paragraph of Article 6 of this Act, which has the status of a facilitator of the national youth organizations program, may obtain co-funding for the programs and activities carried out by youth organizations. A Party may not be funded through foreign private contributions from natural persons and legal entities, from capital gains of foreign parties, from bequests and gifts from foreign entities, or any other fund raising activities or performance of services for foreign parties.
