Legal entities and natural persons and private individuals may offer contributions for the Party. Contributions to the Party shall include any services provided to the Party free of charge, or any provision of services for the Party's benefit or sale of products to the Party under such conditions which place the Party at an advantage in relation to other users of services of legal and natural persons and private individuals acting as buyers of these entities' products.
A legal entity or private individual performing a service for the Party, or selling a product to the Party, shall invoice the Party regardless of the payee or price of the product, and regardless of whether the product or service had been provided free of charge.
The contributions referred to in the first paragraph of this Article may not exceed ten times the average monthly salary per employee within the Republic of Slovenia according to data published by the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia.
