A Party whose candidates were successfully elected into the National Assembly shall be entitled to budget funds relative to the number of votes received across all electoral districts during the most recent National Assembly elections.
The Party referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be entitled to 30 Slovenian tolars from the national budget for each vote received per person eligible to vote. The aforementioned amount shall be paid out to the Party each month.
The amount referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be subject to monthly adjustment for the consumer price index according to the most recent data provided by the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia.
