Article |
24 Parties shall be required to submit a financial report to the National Assembly, detailing the Party's activities in the preceding year and containing all Party revenues and expenses and especially the sources of income, compliant with accounting standards. This report must contain separate listings of data referred to in the fourth paragraph of Article 22 of this Act and of data on election costs. The report must also contain a specification of the Party's assets and a detailed account of any changes in assets with an indication as to the sources of funding increasing its assets in the event that such increase should exceed a total of five average gross salaries per employee within the Republic of Slovenia according to the data provided by the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia for the year to which the report pertains. Before the report is submitted to the National Assembly, it must be reviewed and assessed by the Court of Audit of the Republic of Slovenia; the review opinion shall be attached to the report as an enclosure. |
