Article

28

A fine of at least 1,000,000 Slovenian tolars shall be imposed upon any Party:
1. which operates but is not registered in accordance with the provisions of this Act, or which has its principal office outside national borders (first paragraph of Article 3);
2. which establishes its organizational forms within commercial companies, institutes or other organizations and within state bodies (second paragraph of Article 3);
3. which operates as a military or armed organization (third paragraph of Article 3);
4. which accepts as a member any minor who is under 15 years of age without consent from his or her legal guardian (third paragraph of Article 6);
5. which accepts a foreign national as a member or elects or appoints a foreign national as office holder with any Party body (Article 7);
6. which does not use exclusively its registered name, short name, acronym and logo in all legal transactions (third paragraph of Article 8);
7. which does not use exclusively its registered name, acronym and logo in the pre-election campaign and candidacy procedure (sixth paragraph of Article 8);
8. which has not lodged in due time the registration request or request for deregistration in respect of the change of status referred to in the first paragraph of Article 14 of this Act;
9. which has not given the surplus of Party revenues to charity within thirty days of adopting the financial report on the Party's activities for the preceding year and duly informed the National Assembly thereof (fourth paragraph of Article 21);
10. which is funded through foreign private contributions from natural persons and legal entities, from capital gains of foreign parties, from bequests and gifts from foreign entities, or otherwise obtains funds from abroad, or if there has been any performance of services to its benefit from foreign parties (sixth paragraph of Article 21);
11. which has obtained assets from prohibited sources or contrary to Article 22;
12. which has failed to submit a financial report on the Party's operations for the preceding year to the National Assembly by 31 March of the current year (first paragraph of Article 24);
13. if the funding received from the same legal or natural person within one year exceeds ten times the average monthly salary per employee within the Republic of Slovenia according to data provided by the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia (third paragraph of Article 22).
A fine of no less than 80,000 Slovenian tolars shall be imposed upon the responsible person of the legal entity having committed the offense described in the first paragraph of this Article.
