A fine of no less than 1,000,000 Slovenian tolars shall be imposed for an offense committed by a upon any public institute, public undertaking, local community body, humanitarian organization or commercial company with more than 50% public capital stake, should they provide funding for the Party (Article 25).
A fine of no less than 80,000 Slovenian tolars shall be imposed upon the responsible person of the legal entity having committed the offense described in the preceding paragraph of this Article.
