Within one month from the date of enactment of this Act, the registrar shall enter into the Parties registry those political organizations which have qualified for parliamentary mandates at the most recent National Assembly elections.
The Parties referred to in the preceding paragraph must harmonize their acts with the provisions of this Act within six months of registration in the Registry, and shall send them to the registrar, or be stricken out therefrom.
