A political organization must file a registration request pursuant to this Act within six months following the enactment hereof.
As a Party, a political organization referred to in the preceding paragraph may keep its name, short name, acronym and logo.
If a political organization should fail to lodge the request referred to in the first paragraph of this Article, it shall cease to exist.
The assets or funds of political organizations referred to in the preceding paragraph, or of Parties referred to in the first paragraph of Article 32 hereof, which these organizations were entitled to use and which they received from the budget, shall be transferred back to the budget.
