On the date of enactment of this Act, the title to real property of political parties which these political parties obtained as successors in title of former socio political organizations shall pass to the Republic of Slovenia, unless it was obtained through their own means or if these political parties increased their assets its using their own resources, unless the law requires otherwise. Own resources shall be construed to include membership fees, voluntary contributions of natural persons and voluntary work.
The former socio political organizations referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be the Communist Association of Slovenia, the Socialist Association of the Working People, and the Socialist Youth of Slovenia Association.
As regards property-law relations, the legacy of organizations referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be governed by regulations dealing with nonlitigious proceedings before the court.
