Title Article 11 - Executive Body
Article

11

(1) The executive body shall be elected at least once in every second calendar year. It shall comprise at least three members.
(2) Pursuant to the statutes, the executive body may include members of parliament and other members of the party if they hold office or mandate as the result of an election. The number of members who have not been elected under the provisions of Article 9 (4), may not exceed one-fifth of the total number of members of the executive body.
(3) The executive body shall manage the local organization and the activities thereof in accordance with the law and the Statutes as well as the resolutions of the supreme bodies of the party. It shall represent the local organization pursuant to Art. 26, para 2 of the Civil Procedure Code, unless otherwise provided by the Statutes.
(4) An executive presiding committee may be formed from the members of the executive body to implement the resolutions of the latter and to carry out regular and particularly urgent business of the executive body. Its members may also be elected by the executive body or named in the statutes.
