32 (1) Where a party or a party organization is declared to be unconstitutional pursuant to Art. 21, para. 2 of the Constitution, the relevant authorities appointed by a federal province government adopt within the framework of the laws any measures needed to carry out the court ruling and any additional execution procedures ordered by the Federal Constitutional Court. To this end, the supreme authorities of the federal province shall have unlimited powers to issue mandatory instructions to such authorities and agencies of the federal province as are responsible for maintaining public security or order. |
