The Chair of the Permanent Electoral Commission for Parliamentary Elections may require the executive body of the party to carry out the actions under Article 6, para. 3. The provisions of the Administrations Enforcement Act of 27th April 1953 (published in the Federal Legislative Bulletin, Part I, page 157), amended by the Act of 12 th April 1961 (published in the Federal Legislative Bulletin, Part I, page 429) shall apply mutatis mutandis; to this extent, the Chair of the Permanent Electoral Commission for Parliamentary Elections shall act as the enforcing and executory authority. The fine shall amount to at least DM 500 and not more than DM 3 000.
