Title Article 39 - Transitional Provisions on the Reimbursement of Costs and Expenditure for Electoral Campaigns
Article

39

(1) No expenditure made for electoral campaigns shall be reimbursed for previous mandates.
(2) Only the amounts received under Art. 18 as a party's share of the global amount of expenditure for electoral campaigns for September and October 1966 shall be reimbursed for the Bundestag elections held on 19th September 1965.
(3) The settlement of expenditure for electoral campaigns for the Landtag elections held after the Bundestag elections mentioned in para 2 hereinabove shall remain unaffected.
