Pursuant to Art. 13, para 1 of the Third Transitional Act in relation to the capitulation of Germany of 4th January 1952 (published in the federal Legislative Bulletin, Part I, page 1), this Act shall also be effective in the Federal Province of Berlin. Section VI and Art. 38 of this Act shall be applied in the Federal province of Berlin as long as the application of Art. 21, para 2, Sentence 2 of the Constitution is hindered.
