(1) If the party is terminated according to the contents of Point c), d) or e) of Section 3 (1), then from its assets a public benefit serving foundation (foundations) have to be established - after satisfying the creditors.
(2) If the party is terminated with the declaration of its dissolution, then it may establish itself the foundation mentioned in Paragraph (1). If the party is terminated with dissolution, the establishment of its termination, or the party declared its dissolution and did not establish a foundation from its assets, then the detailed objectives of the foundation and the method of its utilisation shall be elaborated by a committee delegated by the Parliament, and the Parliament shall approve it with at least a two thirds majority.
