(1) The parties are obliged to publish each year till March 31 a financial statement on their business activities of the previous year in the Hungarian Bulletin - according to the sample that is given in Appendix 1 of this Act..
(2) In the financial statement the contributions given in a given calendar year exceeding five hundred thousand HUF, and the contributions originating from abroad and exceeding the value that corresponds to one hundred thousand HUF has to be indicated separately, with indicating the name of the contributing entity and the amount.
(3) In respect of the other issues of the financial management of a party the general rules referring to the financial management of social organisations is to be applied.
