(1) The Hungarian State Audit Office is entitled to audit the lawfulness of the financial management of the parties.
(2) State administration organisations are not entitled to audit the parties from economic-financial aspects.
(3) The State Audit Office has to audit at least on one occasion the financial management of those parties, which received state budget subsidy in the given year.
(4) If the State Audit Office detects that the party acted against the law within the scope of the financial management of the party, then it has to summon the party to reinstate the lawful situation. In the case of graver violations of law or if the party does not act according to the summons, then the President of the State Audit Office shall initiate a court procedure.
