Non-compliance with the obligations stipulated in the previous article entails the suspension of the payments until the remedy of the situation. This can also include the non-compliance of article 15.

Unduly received financial aid must be repaid to the State Treasury. In the event of a finding against the political party in question on the basis of Article 17, it must pay the State Treasury three times the amounts unlawfully received.
