False statements related to article 6 lines 2 and 3 as well as the breach of the provisions of articles 8 and 9 line 3 shall be sanctioned according to the provisions of articles 496-1, 496-2 and 496-3 of the Criminal Code.
Article 23 lines (2) and (3) of the Criminal procedure code shall be applied.
