11 1. During the electoral period, it is prohibited to parties and coalitions of parties: a. To display or apply air panels, signs, posters and any other promotional materials outside the spaces of paragraph 3 of article 9. b. To broadcast via public and private radio and television stations with free reception, and via subscription radio and television services, advertisements and social messages under article 3 of Law 2328/1995 (FEK 159 A) promoting in any way political parties or coalitions of political parties, with the exception of the broadcast of such advertisements in accordance with the previous article. |
