38 (2) Freedom of the press comprises the freedom of expression and creation for journalists and collaborators, as well as the intervention of the former in the ideological orientation of the information organs belonging to the State, to political parties or to religious denominations, so that no other sector or group of workers can censure or impede its free functioning. Note: The reference to political parties was removed in 1989. |
