Political parties having their deputies in the Croatian Parliament, independent deputies elected from independent slates and national minority deputies shall be entitled to regular annual financing from the central budget.
Political parties with members in the representative bodies of local and regional governmental units and independent members of the representative bodies of local and regional governmental units, who have been elected from independent slates, shall be entitled to regular annual financing from local and regional budgets.
