Title | Article 11-3 |
Chapter | III - PROVISIONS CONCERNING THE POLITICAL PARTIES AND BODIES AND THEIR FINANCING |
Article |
11-3 The political party may successively resort to two or more intermediates. In this case, the party must end the offices of the financial representative or demand the retirement of the approval from the financial association using the same procedures as for the designation or the request for the approval. The unique bank or postal account is blocked until the party designates a new financial representative or receives the approval of a new financing association. Each association or financial representative, except in case of the latter's death, establishes its management account. |
