Until the offices are validated, the management of the party, county organization, the candidates running for deputy or senator or, as applicable the independent candidate shall submit to the Permanent Electoral Authority a statement on their compliance with the limits stipulated at art. 30 paragraph (3).
(2) The amounts that exceed the limits stipulated at art. 30 paragraph (3) become an income to the state budget.
