11 The Decision on the distribution of funds as per Article 9, paragraph 1 of this Act shall be issued by the Committee on the Constitution, Standing Orders and Political System of the Croatian Parliament. Distributed funds shall be transferred to the central account of a political party in equal amounts on a three-month basis. |
