1. Our Minister shall grant subsidies to those political parties as have participated in the previously held election for the Second Chamber or First Chamber of the Parliament with its appellation at the top of the list of candidates and to whose list one or more seats have been assigned.
2. The subsidy is granted per calendar year.
3. No subsidy shall be granted to a political party which, on the reference date, does not have at least 1,000 members who each pay an annual contribution fee of f 25, - or more.
