1. For the purposes of applying the present law, a political party may designate one political youth organization and conclude a written subsidy agreement with said youth organization. A political youth organization may not be designated by more than one political party. 2. Designation of a political youth organization is subject to the following stipulations a. the organization shall be an association which exclusively or principally carries out activities aimed at promoting political participation by young people, and b. no less than two thirds of the members of the association, which in any case must comprise 100 members, must be aged between 14 and 27 years of age, each paying an annual contribution fee of f 10, - or more. 3. For the purposes of applying the present law, a political party may designate one political-scientific institute and conclude a written subsidy agreement with said institute. A political-scientific institute may not be designated by more than one political party. 4. In order to be designated as a political-scientific institute, the institute must be a legal person which exclusively or principally carries out political-scientific activities. 5. The political party may not make the written subsidy agreement or the conclusion thereof subject to any conditions other than those as result from the application of the present law.
