The subsidy is granted only for expenses directly related to the following activities:
a. political training and educational activities;
b. provision of information to members;
c. maintaining contacts with sister parties in countries other than The Netherlands;
d. supporting training and educational activities for the benefit of the supervisory staff of sister parties in countries other than The Netherlands;
e. political-scientific activities;
f. activities to encourage political participation by young people.
